Charles Liu

Charles Liu

Mr. Liu has more than seven years of experience at Amazon, where he helped scale the company’s logistics network from 10 facilities to more than 600 and developed hundreds of operations managers—sharpening his strategic leadership and operational management capabilities. As a U.S. Army veteran and serial entrepreneur, he has built and operated businesses across property management, e-commerce, and brand strategy, demonstrating strong execution and commercial instincts.

Inspired by Professor Kent Weaver’s Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA) coursework at UCLA Anderson, Mr. Liu founded Agame Search Fund. His investment strategy focuses on acquiring high-quality businesses with EBITDA between $1.5 million and $7.5 million. He plans to create long-term value through: (1) operational professionalization by implementing modern management systems to improve efficiency; (2) technology integration by leveraging AI to optimize workflows; and (3) a platform strategy that turns the initial acquisition into a durable platform and executes roll-up M&A in fragmented markets.

Mr. Liu holds a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management from the University of Wisconsin–Stout. His deep supply chain foundation, proven operating experience at scale, and entrepreneurial drive position him as a high-potential leader in the supply chain services sector.
